So without further ado, let us introduce ourselves.

Meet our owner, Sarah Morgan! Sarah is hands-on with every capacity of The Monroe on 415th and our clients couldn’t be in better hands! Sarah has a vision for The Monroe on 415th and how this space is to serve those who step foot in it. Sarah and her husband built The Monroe on 415th from the ground up, and every celebration that happens within the walls of this venue is a dream come true. Sarah shares, “We have poured our heart and soul into this venue, custom building it with our own hands, and we hope you love it as much as we do! We’re here to serve you and make sure your wedding day is everything you’ve ever dreamed of.” If you’re looking for a venue that is not only going to serve as a beautiful backdrop, but is also going to provide a team that will recognize just how special your wedding day is meant to me, Sarah is the perfect person to lead the way!

Let’s say hello to our Lead Coordinator and Venue Manager, Alexis! The Monroe on 415th is one event space, but The Monroe on 415th also has infinite opportunities to turn the space into the perfect depiction of you, your love story, and your dream wedding day. It’s important to have someone who will take the time to listen to you and help you implement every plan you create. Alexis says, “I love being able to meet with couples and learn more about their vision for their big day! There is nothing better than seeing their dreams become a reality. I love bringing all the details together to make wedding days seamless!” Not to mention, your venue team also needs to be able to provide insights into the industry and ways to help build your vendor list to create the ultimate dream team! Alexis shares, “The Monroe has the best culture and community! The Monroe has built great connections within the wedding industry and truly cares about each of the couples that walk through the door.”

And now we have our Event Assistants, Ashlyn and Anna! It’s important that when you book a wedding venue that you can also rest assured that you are going to have guidance from professionals. It’s not every day that you plan and implement a wedding, but if you can have a little help from those that do, you’re going to go into your big day a lot more comfortable. Here’s what Ashlyn has to say, “I began in the wedding industry as a photographer in 2019, and have loved it ever since. Making people feel special and loved on their wedding day brings me such great joy. To me, I recognize that it may be just another day ‘at work’ but for them this is their day!! The Monroe has shown me what it means to be a part of a team that has a passion for making each person’s wedding as perfect as we can.” It’s this kind of attitude and support that will make your wedding day stress-free and as dreamy as you could imagine!

Bringing home the team introductions is Bailey, the Monroe on 415th’s Administrative Assistant.
