Recognized for its modern style and simplistic charm, The Monroe event venue sits beautifully on 95 acres of land in Middle TN. The minimal, neutral design of our McMinnville wedding venue is guaranteed to fit any style or theme. We offer a breathtaking indoor ceremony space with our Chapel, and stunning outdoor ceremony views on our rock pathway. The custom spiral staircase brings a unique charm to the indoor space, and the outdoor courtyard with string lights makes for a fun cocktail hour or dance area.

Our bridal suite is complete with 6 stations for getting ready, a covered patio for lounging and photo ops, and a stocked mini fridge and coffee bar. We also have a groom's suite that comes with a covered patio for lounging and photo ops, a TV,  a stocked mini fridge, coffee bar and private bathroom.

Our indoor space may be heated or cooled, and our spacious kitchen is a perfect prep space for caterers.

If you are thinking about booking this venue just stop and DO IT NOW!! Sarah has thought of everything, from the glamorous bridal suite, grand staircase, modern fixtures, garden with string lights....I could go on for days. Not only did the venue wow our guests but it left them talking about our wedding for days! I used Sarah as my coordinator because who else would know the venue better than the owner herself. Sarah and her team worked so efficiently always answering every question I had quickly and never left me hanging. The Monroe made the wedding planning process enjoyable. We felt so confident in our decision in choosing them for our big day and I promise you will too!

A: #1 – Inquire to see if your date is available! #2 – Book a tour with us to see if it's a good fit. From there, we will talk legal stuff and how to get you on the books. :)

Q: Dirty talk... What's your cleaning policy?

A: All personal and decorative items must be out by 11pm. The Monroe is not liable for any items left overnight. We will take care of the final venue cleaning for you!
