The Monroe on 415th has a team of five in-house coordinators ready to bring our couples’ wedding day to life! Our coordinators have over 25 years of combined wedding industry experience. Their goal as your coordinator is to execute the details both big and small to create the best wedding day possible! 

Our coordination package comes with access to a wedding planning software called Aisle Planner that we utilize to keep all the details in one place throughout the planning process. We often like to think of Aisle Planner as a virtual wedding assistant to our coordination team. Its technology paired with our coordinator’s expertise makes easy work of creating timelines, building layouts, and documenting any and all set-up notes. 

Anna, our lead coordinator, said “I love that my couples can see any updates and changes in real time using Aisle Planner! It makes planning and visualizing the venue so easy, especially for out of town couples.”

Our couples meet with their coordinator 45 days before their wedding day to start reviewing vendor needs, creating a general timeline of the day, confirming start times, and finalizing decor selections. They will be able to contact their coordinator with any questions along the way! Any vendors that the couple has hired will be contacted to confirm arrival times, what equipment they need, how long they are contracted for, and any items they will be bringing. Each vendor is a piece of the puzzle on the wedding day, and we like to have all our pieces accounted for!

Emily says, “My favorite part of coordinating weddings is the satisfaction of being able to play a small part in the best day of someone’s life!!” 

On the day of the wedding, their coordinator will take care of unloading decor, setting up, managing vendor arrivals, keeping everything on track, queuing the ceremony processional, helping to bustle the brides dress, packing all decor at the end of the night, and sooo much more!! In our eyes, a wedding day cannot function without the hard work of a wedding coordinator.

While we love to host weddings as the venue, we are so grateful to be able to play a more involved role in our couples special day! Each wedding and couple is so special to us, especially when we get to know our couples through the coordination process!
