This September marks two years of celebrating weddings at The Monroe on 415th! We are so proud of this small business and all the lives we have touched in the last two years. Let’s take a look at the last year and everything it held!

The Monroe is proud to say that in the last year we have hosted 44 weddings, bringing our grand total of events to 62 in our first two years! Each wedding day brings new faces, new stories, and new perspectives into our space. We love the energy each wedding day has and we are so blessed to get to be a small piece of each of our couples love story! 

Every wedding day we host is different from the next and we love to see the design and detail each of our couples put into their big day! We have seen everything from shades of pink, to coastal blue, from classic black and white, to colorful garden parties. We love to watch the venue transform with each and every event. We will never get tired of seeing our spaces bring so much joy! 

After hosting more than 60 events, we have come to learn new things and grow – like each small business does! We have added 6 members to our team, promoted 2 in-house coordinators, and made so many new connections with some of our favorite wedding vendors! Our team truly makes the venue amazing, we are so lucky to work with some of the sweetest people! Our team at The Monroe provides excellent service to our couples from the start of their venue tour to the very end of their wedding night. We are honored to be with you every step of the way!

We also restructured our rental packages to better reflect the wants and needs of our couples on their big day! We have added on several extra amenities – like our champagne tower add-on, patio heaters for our cold weather weddings, extra decor selections to make the planning process easier, and wedding planning software to help keep our couples organized! Our couples love the ease of planning their wedding with us, which is the biggest compliment!

Our favorite moment over the last year was definitely the construction and completion of our new ceremony space – The Chapel! Having an indoor option for ceremonies has been so amazing and we love the elegant and intimate feel of the space. We are so happy that our couples love the addition just as much as we do!

The last two years have been amazing running our one-of-a-kind wedding and event venue! We are so lucky to get to do something we love everyday! Here’s to celebrating The Monroe’s 2nd birthday! Cheers to many more years!
