Today, September 10, 2023, marks one year of business as The Monroe on 415th, and what an amazing year it has been! 

Creating our wedding and event venue from the ground up has been a labor of love. This adventure has brought infinite joy not only to our family, but to so many others, just as we dreamed that it would. On the anniversary of the Monroe on 415th’s opening day, we wanted to take a stroll down memory lane to relish in how far we’ve come and continue dreaming about where we’re going. 

First of all, hi, I’m Sarah! My husband, Josh and I are the owners of The Monroe on 415th, a wedding and event venue in McMinnville, TN just a little over an hour from Nashville. We specialize in dreamy wedding days that showcase the individual personalities of the guests of honor – our bride and groom. We see our event space as a blank canvas where wedding day dreams come to life!

The Monroe on 415th came to be through passion and hard work. I have always had a love for wedding planning and interior design and coupled with Josh’s contracting expertise, there was no better way to put our resources together than to design, build, and run our very own Wedding and Event Venue. Our goal was to think outside the box of the traditional barn-style wedding venue, and bring a fresh space to the Middle Tennessee wedding industry. We have poured our heart and soul into this venue, custom building it with our own hands, and we could not be happier with the results. 

Josh and I started this journey with only the two of us. We worked on everything together and built our venue and this business piece by piece. Over the last year, we have grown in manpower and stellar service by adding 6 amazing women to The Monroe on 415th team. We take pride in offering our couples helpful services throughout their wedding planning process and at the point of implementation on their big day. Our team is unparalleled in their commitment to happily ever afters, and we are so grateful to have them as we continue to grow.

Since we opened the venue, we have hosted 18 beautiful and unique weddings. We consider it a great honor to be a place where couples want to celebrate their best day ever, and being part of those core memories is something we will never take for granted. When a bride and groom book their wedding at The Monroe on 415th, it is our top priority to serve them and make sure their wedding day is everything they’ve ever dreamed of. There are few things we are more passionate about than creating a memorable, stunning setting for loved ones from near and far to gather together to witness a love story unfold. This is what we have done for 18 newlyweds over the last year, and what we plan to do for countless more couples in the many years to come.
