The Monroe Event Venue provides a customizable  experience unlike any other that offers diverse event spaces for weddings and special events on 95 acres of Middle Tennessee land. Recognized for its modern style and simplistic charm, The Monroe event venue is 6,920 square feet and sits beautifully on 95 acres of land in Middle TN. The minimal, neutral design is guaranteed to fit any style or theme. We offer breathtaking indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces. The custom spiral staircase brings a unique charm to the indoor space, and the outdoor courtyard with string lights makes for a fun cocktail hour or dance area.

Our bridal suite is complete with 4 stations for getting ready, a covered patio for lounging and photo ops, and a stocked mini fridge and coffee bar. We also have a groom's suite that comes with a covered patio for lounging and photo ops, a TV, and a stocked mini fridge and coffee bar.

Our indoor space may be heated or cooled, and our spacious kitchen is a perfect prep space for caterers.

About Our Venue

The Monroe is an absolutely stunning venue! Sarah and Josh truly outdid themselves by creating a modern twist on a traditional barn wedding venue. It works beautifully for a variety of styles, and I cannot wait to plan beautiful weddings for my brides in this space.

Q: I LOVE the venue!!! How do I get on the books?

A: #1 – Come in for a tour! #2 – Sign the contract. #3 – 50% of your rental fee is due upon signing the contract. you can email us here to get the process started.

Q: Dirty talk... What's your cleaning policy?

A: All personal and decorative items must be out by midnight. The Monroe is not liable for any items left overnight. Tables must be cleared of food, decorative items and eating utensils (i.e. cups, plates, napkins, etc.)
